Ceramic or porcelain tile and grout is pre treated with either a 12 Ph or 1 Ph. This will restore the tile and grout. Some tile is textured and holds more soil, this process restores the tile. When you need your tile and grout cleaned and sealed, give us a call.

Residential and Commercial carpet cleaning, we use a 9-11.5 Ph enzyme pre treatment depending upon if there is a warranty. It is always rinsed with hot acidic water that neutralizes and leaves the carpet soap free. We want the customers to be pleased with our professional work.

Commercial vinyl tile also known as V.C.T. is still needed. There is still a lot of this that either needs the seal removed, or a heavy top scrub and high gloss topical sealed. The seal can be high speed burnished for maintenance.

A lot of garage floors are epoxy coated and need a deep cleaning. We use either a degreaser or a 12 Ph cleaner. Then agitate and soft water extraction.

Laminate floor is vacuumed with a soft nylon brush wand, then lightly sprayed in a 10 x10 section at a time. Then micro fiber mopped. Our process leaves no residue.

We offer 2 options for area rug cleaning. 1. A clean on site or can drop off. This includes a deep cleaning. 2. We pick up or drop off and we take it off site for a full flood, agitate and full rinse.
