D. Natural stone seal. Water base or solvent based for stone enhancement.

Tile and Grout
Pre-spray with a 1 Ph or 12 Ph cleaner and rotary agitate. Then high pressure rinsed with soft water to leave the tile and grout chemical free.

Residential Carpet
Pre-vacuum, pre-treat with an enzyme, and neutral rinse with 4.5 Ph acidic water to neutralize all soap. If the carpet is heavily soiled, we rotary shampoo before rinsing.
$50 - $70 per room or $90 minimum depending on odor and soiling.
Commercial Carpet
Pre-spray with an enzyme and extract with an acidic rinse to keep the carpet at a 7 Ph. This keeps the carpet from attracting dirt longer.
$0.28 - $0.35 cents per square foot.
Stripping\Top Scrubbing\Waxing VCT and Concrete
Remove all wax or top scrub and neutralize floor before applying of high gloss finish.
$ 0.60 per sq. ft. to top scrub and recoat. $0.90 per sq. ft. to remove all wax and apply 3-5 coats of high gloss topical seal.
VCT and Concrete Maintenance
Dust mop, wet mop with 7 Ph neutral and high speed burnish.
$0.20-$0.30 cents per square foot.
Area Rug Cleaning - Pre-vacuum, pre-treat and acidic rinse.

Upholstery Cleaning - pre-treat and acidic rinse
