Tile and Grout - Pre-spray with a 1 Ph or 12 Ph cleaner and rotary agitate. Then high pressure rinsed with soft water to leave the tile and grout chemical free.

Residential Carpet – Pre-vacuum, pre-treat with an enzyme, and neutral rinse with 4.5 Ph acidic water to neutralize all soap. If the carpet is heavily soiled, we rotary shampoo before rinsing.

Commercial Carpet - Pre-spray with an enzyme and extract with an acidic rinse to keep the carpet at a 7 ph. This keeps the carpet from attracting dirt longer.

Stripping\Top Scrubbing\Waxing VCT - Remove all wax or top scrub and neutralize floor before applying of high gloss finish.
$ 0.60 per sq. ft. to top scrub and recoat. $0.85 per sq. ft. to remove all wax and apply 3-5 coats of high gloss finish.
Area Rug Cleaning - Pre-vacuum, pre-treat and acidic rinse.
